1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing, or shopping at petezellershop.com (the “Site”), you (“You”, “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This is a binding contract between you and Pete Zeller Shop / PLZ Creations LLC (“Us”, “We”, “Our”), located in Carver, Minnesota, USA. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. We may update these terms—continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
2. Applicability & Incorporation This Agreement governs all Site use, including browsing, account creation, and purchases. It incorporates our Privacy Policy by reference. Certain features (e.g., specific promotions) may have additional rules, incorporated here when accepted.
3. Eligibility The products offered are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to agree.
4. User Accounts Registration may be offered for orders or account features. Provide accurate information (name, email, shipping address). You are responsible for account security. We may suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or violations. One account per person.
5. Site Use – Permissions & Restrictions We grant limited permission to browse, shop, and place personal orders. Prohibited actions include:
- Automated scraping/bots without consent
- Fraudulent orders or misuse of payment/return processes
- Violating U.S. export laws (if applicable)

7. Orders, Payments & Fulfillment
- Orders are offers; we accept via confirmation email.
- Prices in USD; taxes/shipping added at checkout.
- Payments via Stripe (we do not store full card details).
- We reserve the right to cancel/reject orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues).
- Shipping estimates are approximate; risk of loss passes upon handover to carrier.
- Title passes on shipment.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, email Us at info@petezellershop.com and your purchase price will be refunded (subject to verification). We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping). Refunds processed to the original payment method. No refunds on custom/handcrafted items unless materially defective. Contact info@petezellershop.com for requests.
9. Product Information & Disclaimers Products are handcrafted for your personal enjoyment; descriptions/photos are approximate (colors and appearance may vary). Our candles and fire starters are open-flame products and carry inherent risks of fire, burns, property damage, or injury if not used properly. Use only under adult supervision. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper burning, or failure to follow safe practices. Always follow candle safety guidelines: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets. Burn on a heat-resistant, level surface. Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish completely when not in use. The Site and products are provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose (except as required by law). Some jurisdictions limit exclusions.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, property damage from fire). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
11. Indemnification You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these terms, or infringement via your submissions (e.g., reviews).
12. Intellectual Property Site content, designs, photos, and trademarks are ours. No license granted for commercial use or copying without permission.

16. Severability If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
